Senator Rieger, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent that the              
Health, Education and Social Services Committee referral be waived             
on CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 341(HES) "An Act relating to                          
physician assistants; reordering the priorities given to optional              
Medicaid services; and providing for an effective date."   Without             
objection, it was so ordered.                                                  
                                                                               
CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 341(HES) was referred to the Finance                     
Committee.
